Daisuke Takata has much experience in prosecution in Information and Communication Technology, Electrical Engineering and Computer Software. He has handled many foreign and domestic patent applications and responses to Office Actions thereof. He has had five months of patent prosecution training in the U.S. with Westerman Hattori, Daniels & Adrian LLP, based in Washington D.C. He also passed the U.S. Patent Bar Examination during his training in 2008.
